Local Legends Summer Series of Camps
We are very excited to announce our partnership with Local Legends this summer! They are a youth sports organization run by Ryan Marable, and man, does he do a good job. Their sports consist of basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, baseball, and football. It feels good to get back to the “old days” where kids can get out there and enjoy maskless exercise. Oh, what a time! The camps were located at Millwood School and over 500 boys and girls got to do their thing in the respective sport. I remember in my childhood, that’s all I wanted too… Oh to be a kid again, right?

We used multiple cameras and lenses to capture all the photos and video of the campers. When shooting “live action” it is best to use high shutter speed to really capture the fast paced movements in sports. Makes for the most professional and desired finished photo. This was one of our first connections we made at Morrisette Media and we can't wait to help grow their program. As videographers and photographers, there is nothing we would rather be a part of than sports.
It’s a new week, as always let's go make it happen, gang.

Feeling "Squirrely" - The Richmond City Public School Graduation Info Video
Today we had the pleasure of working with All About Presentation. They’re a premier production company based in downtown Richmond and have some of the friendliest team members we’ve had the pleasure to work with. We were out on the Diamond filming graduation instructions for the RCPS. Unsure why, but we were feeling squirrely all morning (sorry).

We were out on the Diamond filming graduation instructions for the RCPS. Unsure why, but we were feeling squirrely all morning (sorry). Once we met the crew, we set up both cameras and teleprompters. It was a hot one not going to lie - but could have been worse.
Being down on the actual field was a very cool experience. Having seen several games over the years, to be down on the actual perfectly kempt grass and infield dirt made us want to lace up the cleats and go find our old gloves. The gimbal was out in full force as Tim scaled the stadium's steps to capture the direction that excited family members would soon follow in the next few weeks. Overall the job was a home run and we were excited to be a part.
Make it Morrisette and let's keep it moving.
